There is a stretchable cargo net that will work with your 5 foot bed but when I contacted Thule they told me the Thule Cargo Net # TH692 would not be able to fit a 5 foot truck bed.
Instead I highly recommend checking out the Spidy Gear Luggage Webb Cargo Net which is 50" x 40" but will stretch up to 72" x 45".

Yes, the cargo nets we offer such as Curt # C18201 are measured unstretched. This particular one measures 38 x 65.
Keep in mind that the size of net you need depends as much on your cargo as on the basket. For example, if you're transporting flat items that remain within the enclosed volume of the basket a smaller net might provide the snug fit you want. If you were to have tall cartons placed in the basket you might need a larger net to accommodate their height.

The size listed on the product page for the CargoSmart Cargo Net, # CS54FR is 36 inches x 48 inches un-stretched. All of our cargo net sizes are un-stretched unless otherwise indicated. This net would most likely be just a bit too small for your utility trailer.
I would recommend one of the following two cargo nets.

I spoke with the manufacturer, and they have not tested for a weight capacity of the SportRack Safari Cargo Net with Bag for Roof Mounted Baskets, 40 x 35 inches, part # SR0033. It is not a heavy-duty net, and is only designed to be used as a covering net for a roof rack or cargo carrier. The Curt cargo net, # C18201, might be a little small to cover the whole MegaWarrior plus the extension, # Y07080-82, which measures 74 inches long and 48 inches wide. The net is 65 inches long and 38 inches wide.

It looks like the 2019 Honda Ridgeline has a 63" long truck bed, so you'll want to use a cargo net that is at least 60" long (longer if you plan on stacking things above the truck bed rails). Whether or not you use a linear or spider web style cargo net really depends on what you'll be carrying.

When laid out flat, the Rola Cargo Net measures 36 by 48 inches. When the extension is added to the basket, it will be 70 inches long, too long for the net to stretch.
The Curt Stretchable Cargo Net, part # C18201 would be a better choice for you. At 38 by 65 inches, the net will provide plenty of stretch to accommodate your cargo.
